I am ? Insert your label here. We all have roles in life. Father, mother, friend, employee ,employer  etc etc . What happens when we attach and identify with these roles. What happens when these roles are stripped from us by the inevitable evolution of life? Well you can suffer or learn to enjoy the role , be present with this role and experience it to the fullest but never become attached to this IDENTITY.
